Sir we understand what you are saying, but Sir, LIVE FROM NEW YORK, SNL did have some Great times, with great talent and great writers. It just reflected all the good energy of New York. Along with the original cast the 90’s gangs, made us really laugh. But just like its company, NBC went into the darkness so did LM, and the show. Some of it became just plain filthy just like their News.
And yes, the rest of late night went into the tank Maybe one day all the good talent will get a chance again on TV, but for now Hollyweird has lost its moral compass.

Count how many other former Presidents of the United States wrote little letters about TV shows they didn’t like. Historically, it has been considered beneath the dignity of a President to comment about mass common culture, especially dumb TV shows making jokes about him. Ronald Reagan was too sophisticated to do that, but unfortunately, Donald Trump lacks the property that the previous 44 men had. (Every President since 1789 was joked about in the press. They all ignored it.) He could be pretending to read books and comment on the good ones, but according to people who know him, he never reads books. Very sad. Very sad.

I stopped watching the late night morons several years ago.
I think it was pretty darn great when John Belushi, Dan Akroyd, Gilda Radner, Jane Curtin, Larraine Newman, Chevy Chase, et. al. were on the show. It was never as good; but, it was still pretty good with Eddy Murphy and that group of comedians.
When they changed the format to politics, progressed to wokeness, they killed the show.
I guess now it’s, “Dead, from New York. It’s Saturday Night”.

Yea! I remember back in the old days (before the turn of the century. 1975.) When SNL had the “not ready for Prime Time Players” the original cast. If John Belushi were still alive today he would do a Great impersonation of one of our best presidents, Donald John Trump. God bless President Trump and his Beautiful wife.

Unfortunately it’s you and the Biden (few but just enough) supporters that represent America as far as all other countries are concerned. We are in their eyes a laughing stock that are willing to allow stolen elections and nearly total political corruption with no backbone and have the most incompetent president in history thinking he’s running the show now. They know we are willing to sellout our own mothers if the price is right.

I can give dozens if not hundreds of examples but I’ll start with a most recent one.
Joe Biden closes the Alaska pipe line deal. We are now at an all time low since 1984 on emergency oil reserve. Joe goes to Saudi and begs for oil but basically asks them to NOT bill us until after the November elections because it will hurt the Democratic Party. Saudi because they have no respect for us leaks all of Joe’s requests to the public. Congratulations Prize, your gentleman Joe is a real winner.
