Major motion? Evidence gathered illegally (by violating one’s 4th Amendment rights) is NOT admissible in court. So, even if they did find (or plant) any evidence that can be used against you, it was illegally obtained, and thus, null & void. Thanks to the FBI, I’m learning a lot about constitutional law.
