I’ve heard little from any Republican (House or Senate) on what they are going to DO about Biden’s student loan debt bailout. The bailout via executive order is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The Executive Branch cannot authorize spending without Congress. All spending must originate in the House of Representatives.
The Republicans knew this was coming for months. They should have IMMEDIATELY been saying loud and clear and in unison that they are fighting this in court. Still, we have heard nothing.
