Cheney is a reptilian rino whose day is over and will never be again. They do not go after enemies of the states, they create them. So glaringly evil.

First, why doesn’t she press charges? Because that’s not her job. However, the DOJ may eventually press charges against “those who cheated on the election.”
One of those was Donald J. Trump.
Second, the Select Committee is not empowered to investigate any of those things. Instead, it’s empowered to investigate the events surrounding January 6 – and that’s what they’re doing. They may recommend that the DOJ press charges against those responsible.
Again, one of those was Donald J. Trump.
Coincidence? Yes. But if evidence exists to prove he’s guilty on, at least, one of the two, he could go to prison.
And if evidence exists to prove he’s guilty on both, he will indeed go to prison.
Is Trump worried? Yes; probably.
