Here it is a year after to 2020 election and nary a question has been answered about the fraud that likely took place. There is enough evidence out there to compel every one of our Republican representatives to want to determine what occurred during the 2020 election. I am most interested in what Dr. Doug Franks analysis shows. I believe his analysis is indisputable. So, I find myself asking WHY our Republican leadership would be resistant to performing forensic audits, especially when they stand to lose in the future by the same systems that were in place in 2020 or voter disinterest in the voting process? I want to remind everyone that election data expires after 22 months and I think they are resisting to run out the clock. In fact, our Republican leadership is resisting to such an extent that I am starting to wonder if they are complicit. I bet others of us are wondering the same.

The reason should be obvious, but perhaps not. With those tools in hand, they could theoretically alter the results, or at least compromise their integrity to the point where the actual results could never be determined.
What’s also obvious is that this is exactly what you want to happen. And there’s no “perhaps” about it.
So-called “decertification” doesn’t happen, and won’t happen, because it CAN’T happen. Once election results are certified, that’s it. It’s the last step in the process; the election is over, and done with. There is no provision in any state’s Constitution to “decertify” election results, once they’re certified. This is why certification doesn’t occur immediately after the election, but weeks later.
Bottom line: You’re asking for something that, legally speaking, does not exist.
