People who answered your call for action on January 6 are still rotting in DC jails. We all knew for months that there was going to be irregularities, you warned of them yourself, but you failed to wield the power of the Presidency to stop the fraud. Giuliani’s antics were genuinely comical. We keep on being promised massive irrefutable bombshells but they end up being procedural issues that can be explained away by the extraordinary circumstances surrounding covid lockdowns. I have yet to see a smoking gun.
In person voting, with voter id and paper ballots, is the only way to ensure electoral integrity, but until we get that, what do you propose we do? Just sit out the vote?

Democrats underestimated President Trump’s popularity in 2016 so they were better prepared in 2020. Fortunately, the large number of votes for President Trump ensured their fraud via mail in voting, fudging dates, vote harvesting etc was extremely obvious. The irregularities in numbers led to audits and legal challenges. Not the perfect solution but better than abstaining to vote.

I’m glad you will be voting no matter what; so will I. But there are definitely people who won’t vote if they think the election will be stolen again. I have family in Georgia and my aunt told me that she knew people who didn’t vote in the run-off just because they figured it would be another stolen election, so why bother. It’s honestly a stupid thing to do, but thousands will do it, believe me. President Trump isn’t remotely stupid for pointing that out.

I’m in the NYS Conservative Party but considering switching to Republican so I can vote in primaries and work at the polls. To me the platform of the party matters more than the people in the party, know what I mean? Just because there are terrible Republicans doesn’t mean the party platform is terrible. Though I would love to see the truth come out about 2020 and justice be done, it has no bearing on my voting–I have more determination than to quit voting after one bad election. That’s a hot button with me. Rigged elections are absolutely no excuse to not still do my part and vote! Was the Georgia run-off election rigged? Probably. But the thousands of Georgia Republicans who said, “What’s the use? It’s rigged anyway,” and stayed home ENSURED it was a defeat! I could shake people sometimes, it frustrates me so much. From what I’ve heard, there was a lot of fraud in 2016 too, but so many people turned out for Trump that he still won. We can do that again, but EVERY VOTE COUNTS. Seriously, thousands of Americans have died to protect our rights. Are we going to quit using them so easily? Where is the grit and determination of our ancestors? Sorry, like I said, this subject riles me up a bit…I’m done.
I agree in that it won’t prevent me from voting, but we are not everyone, and many like my mother who gave up on voting many years back and missed out on voting for Trump in 2016 because of it, and of course was mad when she started listening about him after the election, and more importantly to him, and even more importantly after seeing his accomplishments she made a point of voting in 2018 and 2020 as well. Now she again is angry after witnessing the shutting down of counting the ballots on election night and knowing like all of us exactly what was happening and then the feckless republicans doing nothing about it, even going along with it, and even worse finding out some participated in it, having the DOJ and Judicial system refusing to even allow evidence to be presented she again questions why she ever allowed herself to believed things could be changed for the better. She was one of many who came out of the cobwebs to vote that weren’t even being calculated into the scheme of things and why many of us believe Trumps totals were actually higher that the fraudulent bidumdum totals.
