Look at their VOTING RECORDS.
If they vote more than 10% for Democrat Issues they are REAL RINOs (in MY book).
Georgia, my State, is “counted” as a RED State (because 2/3 of our General Assembly SAY they are Republicans),
However;
3/4 of our Republicans Vote MORE THAN 51% for Democrat Issues! (that is a whole lot MORE than 10%).
If you take 3/4 x 2/3 you get 1/2 (50%) of our “Supposed Republicans” are ACTUALLY Democrats (Serious RINOs).
Add this to the 33% that are Democrats and you get: 83% DEMOCRATS & only 17% Republicans.
We have ONLY had 3 Republicans in the last 17 years that voted 96-100% for Republican Issues
I think you will find this TRUE in almost ALL Red-States and perhaps even the BLUE States.
