That said, I am unable to find any evidence of a purported declaration of independence from Joe Biden. I should think that, if this was the case, such would have been reported in the media, and surely by now. Please note: I’m not saying I don’t believe you; I’m saying I can find no evidence of it. Perhaps you’d be good enough to tell me the jurisdiction in which this declaration was ruled upon.
However, it strikes me that the rationale behind this is some sort of plan under which Donald Trump would be reinstated as President. If that’s the case, I believe it would be very unwise, for a variety of reasons. But if this is in connection with the persistent claims of widespread, pervasive election fraud in 2020, it’s more than unwise. In fact, it’s an irresponsible, even reckless action – and for a very important reason: there is no clear-cut evidence of any such election fraud.
I realize, of course, that a lot of people wanted Trump to win. But the fact is, he did not. Meanwhile, there have been lots of claims of election fraud. But – here again – the fact is, there’s no clear-cut evidence of that. Claims are NOT evidence! Even so, I have heard such claims many times over the 13 months, and when I’ve asked for proof of such fraud – and, I might add, often respectfully – I get either no response at all, or a snide, arrogant, certitude that says, essentially, never mind the proof, just take my word for it.
All that being said, it is my considered opinion that an Article V convention, such as that you’re alluding to, has been strongly opposed by groups and organizations on both the left and the right; among them the John Birch Society, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Gun Owners Clubs of America, and Constitutional scholars of both persuasions, including Harvard law professors Laurence Tribe and L. Lawrence Lessig III. Quite simply, although the Constitution provides for such a process, and in theory at least, it’s theoretically possible, it would indeed take the nation into dangerously uncharted waters. And, frankly, if this was to be undertaken for the sole purpose of reinstating Trump as President, it’s simply not a good enough reason.

This process has been done, done quickly and easily, and done countless times, by many individuals and groups, and it’s done each and every time with specific malicious intent. In all honestly, it’s almost laughable that there are still people who don’t know this – and don’t know that it happens all the time. The result is a completely authentic-looking webpage on which Joe Biden can as exposed as the head of Antifa ……and, for that matter, Donald Trump can be exposed as the president of the Florida chapter of the North American Man-Boy Love Association. Which, for all anyone knows, has already been done.
No offense intended, but, frankly, this is a task that a 12-year-old with moderate computer skills can easily do, in no time at all.

The owner of the domain name (for example, antifa dot com) is the only party that can change the URL to which that website will redirect. And that “redirect” process cannot be blocked or overridden by non-owners….who are often referred to as “website administrators.”
For example, some years ago, I had been appointed Co-Chairman of my city’s Centennial celebration. In order to help publicize upcoming events, I created five separate domain names (one of them was “beautifulouisburg dot com”) and I listed my Co-Chair and myself as the owners. This made us the website administrators, enabling ONLY the two of us to access the administrator’s page, where we could (and did) redirect those who visited the site, to the City of Louisburg website, then called “cityoflouisburg dot com.” Neither city officials, nor city employees – not even their IT staff – could make that change, nor could they block access to their page via our URL.
Point being, the person(s) who own those domain names had to have made the changes, and there was (and is) nothing anyone can do to stop it, short of discontinuing the destination website…..which does little good, because the scoundrels would simply change the destination accordingly.
It’s all very simple. Extremely so.
