“Taylor Budowich, CEO of Make America Great Again Inc.,: “Last night Vivek Ramaswamy challenged Vice President Mike Pence’s strikingly naïve characterization of what ails America with, ‘It is not morning in America! We live in a dark moment.’
Today, as President Trump prepares to travel to Georgia for his fourth indictment, it’s hard to discount the Vivek-Pence exchange as mere political posturing or hyperbole.
The existential crisis facing the GOP today is understanding the moment we live in. Yes, voters want a smaller government, a secure border, lower taxes, and traditional values—things that should be championed on the campaign trail—but those things cannot and will not be achieved if Party leaders continue to ignore how consequential and dire this moment is.
Democrats, using an insincere veil of “saving American Democracy,” have shown they are willing to destroy its very fabric as a means to achieving political control. They aren’t trying to imprison Donald Trump to advance their policy agenda—this isn’t about “racial equality,” the Green New Deal, or government healthcare. This is about power, and it is about absolute control. Democrats are so desperate that they have illegally and unconstitutionally weaponized local, state, and federal government to ensure the very person who threatens their grip on power is stopped.
Today, as we watch President Donald J. Trump be processed once more—this time in Fulton County, GA—Americans should recognize this dark moment in American history. In doing so, it is clear the cast of characters who were on last night’s debate stage were not ready to lead our nation out of darkness.
There’s only one person who has shown the resilience and the wisdom to take on and face down the evil that is trying to destroy our country. May God bless President Donald J. Trump. America needs him!”
