Are you allowed to order to pick-up at any stores? That usually doesn’t require any test or jab as they can put your prepaid purchase in your trunk without any contact, and available in most larger cities. Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, even the Dollar store and many others offer this option. I usually prefer to pick out my own meats and produce, but it’d be better than starving.

Clearly De Blasio’s mismanagement of NYC; lack of protection for its citizens, businesses and properties has created numerous problems, not the least of which is abandoned and critically devalued prime real estate. The attendant revenue short-comings that even Stimulus bail outs cannot sufficiently resolve seem to lead to highly questionable and unethical appropriations.
