Today, we honor and remember

“Today, we honor and remember the 2,403 American Patriots who gave the ultimate sacrifice 80 years ago on a date which will live in infamy. The unforgettable attack on Pearl Harbor that also badly injured 1,178 brave soldiers and sank four U.S. Navy battleships solemnly reminds us of our Country’s unwavering resolve and the courage of those who served with honor in the Second World War—and those who continue to defend our Nation.”

Thank you that we are not speaking Japanese or German.

It’s just as well. You can barely speak English.

America perfected the English language. : )

Trump didn’t even know what Pearl Harbor was. Kelly had to explain it to him.

God Bless the American Military!

My Man Trump

Thank you for those beautiful words, President Trump. Every patriot in America feels exactly that way.

American girl

My soon to be mother n law was there as a nurse. She is over 100 Years old and she is full of war stories no one else gets to hear.

Tabbysaurus

I encourage you to record her telling those stories, or write them down while you can. My grandpa was in the Navy during WWII and he used to tell stories about the war. Sadly, he got Parkinson’s when I was pretty young and passed away in 2005. Now that I have a big interest in WWII, I wish I could hear about his experiences. It makes me sad that we are losing our WWII vets and also holocaust survivors…when they are gone, it will be even easier to lie about history.
